Mollie & Paul - an Elegant Engagement In Two Parts

From the consult stage I knew that we were going to get along very well. They had a very fun and youthful flair - cinematic almost - vision for their engagement photo sessions. They incorporated some elements of their history together and really dreamed big. This created a very fun canvas for all of us. The brainstorming and planning was all very fun and the collaboration was excellent.

My “lane” so to speak will always be big emotion, big feeling, near big screen cinema vibes and emotions. To this day I always will pick movies to watch that I think may make me cry. I want all the feelings, the emotion, to be caught up in the moment and the awe.

My goal with each couple is not just to make them satisfied but to bring the emotion out of their hearts and onto the screen - so to speak. I want to write these blogs not only to show off new images, but give couples more insight into who and what I really am.

I believe the world is full of incredible artists and seers and I want to be paired with couples who feel my specific energy and viewpoint will most beautifully frame their story.

I am a very blessed man that every week I have incredible, emotional stories come looking for me.

I love doing my standard engagement sessions in two parts - usually different days.

I feel it takes the stress off and helps couples to explore and convey two distinct moods and parts of their personalities or stories.

Pt. 1 - fall walk with champagne & glassware in Lafayette Park

Pt. 2 - art museum stroll in elegant evening-ware

Enjoy!
